Corporate Takeover

SE have now firmly established themselves as a powerhouse in 339. The work they have done for Whitson Orbital and its companion planet has brought great financial gain to the system, but they are not finished yet it seems.

Dr. Lewis Chapman, CEO of the SE Corporation, has recently released a statement to the press confirming his decision to go all out and try to wrest system control from the Blue Creative company.

Blue Creative and Starship Enterprises were former allies but during negotiations to merger the two companies, talks broke down and these two corporate giants went their separate ways.

The people of 339 seem divided on which company they like best. Blue Creative commands a lead in the influence charts but their slow financial decline is counter to the massive increase in SE popularity and net profits this last quarter. Dr. Chapman's company seems to be on a roll and he is not shy about where he wants that roll to take him. Chapman seems confident his corporations ethos would be better for the people of 339. He aims to put his full resources into SE corps growth so that come the next elections he would have a good claim to run against Blue Creative.
