Rehouse the Humpback Whales

So now our group is official the next step is to take over blue creative. we have the funds for a corporate takeover and it's just a matter of going through the galactic courts. But we gotta stay one step ahead of the forces that be, and in the interests of staying ahead. let me open the floor on finalizing our Community Goal Event. Its not something I'll expect to happen anytime soon but the day will come and we to have our ideas set.

As you know we plan on rehousing some of the Humpback whales that are being bred on So-Yeon as part of the bio engineering program going on there. so let me outline what we have so far:

the event will consist of two parts,

the first part to locate water worlds in unoccupied systems so that a short-list of worlds can be drawn up to rehouse the humpback whales. Commanders can hand in exploration data at Gell-mann Ring and water worlds will be awarded higher reward money than is normal.

The second part of the event will consist of a trade delivery event bringing Aluminium into Gell-Mann Ring to be processed into 'Clear Aluminium' so that a number of Orca ships can be retro-fitted to transport the humpback whales to the newly located water worlds. Again the profit made on Aluminium will be greater than normal if sold in Gell-Mann Ring.

What we need to finalize are the rewards for the event. will there be some kind of special reward for the top pilots or will it just be money? will there be a global award if the event is completed, a new commodity, rare good, paint job, some change to the 339 system or some other system? we need something that will attract the community to participate in the event. Remember that if enough people take part, that will be reward enough, as it will massively boost our faction from all the goods and data being brought in.

Personally I would love it if the global reward was to have the chosen water worlds (say, 10 worlds) display 'contains whales' on the system map information, and (although this is pushing it a bit) you could actually hear the whale song as a music layer when you hovered over the planet. As an explorer I find the planet sounds pretty important and also a very cool part of this game. However we have had our disagreements over whether this is too much to ask from the Devs. What are your views or ideas of rewards?
