War has come to 339 in a big way. The traditional focus/Public Inc war has now entered a second phase after a brief cease fire and violence is spilling out once again around Lazarev and this time Whitson orbital.

Meanwhile, due to increasing hostilities between the newly formed Starship Enterprises corporation and the IVP, another civil war has broken out in 339.

Dr. Lewis Chapman, CEO of SE Corp is using this opportunity to attempt to wrest control of one of the IVP stations. Common conjecture and local betting shops are putting good odds on Whitson Orbital as their target due to its central location and good production of fine grade tea.

Dr. Chapman seems to be ready to throw the full and considerable weight of his corporation into this newly started civil war and although Starship Enterprises are newly established in 339, they are already rising quickly through the ranks.

SE have released an appeal to all commanders to help them in this, their time of need.
