In an effort to bring the inner and outer system together, Dr. Lewis Chapman, CEO of SE Corp and now governer of Lp 339-7 has announced plans to build a state of the art tourist port around Chapman Planet. This new base shall also be home to the headquarters of the Terran Wild-Life project, so that they can contunie to research into advanced cloning techniques. The new tourist port will also house a welcome centre and bio-domes containing examples of some of the animal species the team have been working on. These species will have all been subtly altered to cope with the low gravity conditions of the parks moon.

Dr. Chapman also hinted at plans to build a number of tourism beacons within 339 to attract passing sightseers.

The new venture has been recieved well by the people of 339 although a project of this magnitude would probably require outside help from the galactic community. There were also worries concerning increased pirate activity as a result of the boost to trade but Dr. Chapman assured the people that any increase in crime will be dealt with accordingly.

There has been wide spread speculation regarding Dr. Chapmans long-term plans for 339 and it seems now some of that plan is beginning to come to light.
